THE BRIEF: Edit and create graphics and titles for Casa Newstead.

Residential development video for Space Hero. Using a combination of hi-res renderings, aerial footage, location photography and video footage, this video is designed to convey a lifestyle through minimal text, smooth movement and pacing. I applied motion tracking to show the surrounding location markers, and used various techniques of grading and compositing to achieve a cohesive look between the different assets. Residential development videos have a specific approach, and your objective is to create a feeling and a desire for something that does not yet exist in material form. Understanding existing print and web branding is crucial, as you wanna stay on-brand at all times, while offering something that does replicate existing marketing material, but rather complements it.
